Centrifugal blower is also known as centrifugal fan or squirrel cage fan. A centrifugal blower is a mechanical device used to move air or gas. Based on the centrifugal blower design, air or gas can move in a specific direction at a specific angle. Centrifugal blower accessories typically include a centrifugal blower motor, centrifugal fan wheel and centrifugal blower scroll casing. The centrifugal fan scroll housing is used to direct the air out in a specific direction. Our centrifugal blowers for duct applications move air from the rotating inlet to the outlet of the centrifugal blower. They draw air through a ductwork/heat exchanger, or push it through a similar impeller.
Centrifugal blower consists of centrifugal blower steel housing, centrifugal blower fan wheel, base plate and centrifugal blower motor.
The centrifugal blower housing is made of hot galvanized steel sheet. The side plates include inlets cones that are designed with the best aerodynamics for inlet condition. The centrifugal blower housing is fixed to the side plates by spot welding. On the side of the centrifugal fan housing there are a series of holes drilled in advance for riveting nuts to carry out installation according to air outlet direction needed by the customer.
Forward curved centrifugal fan impeller is constructed of high-grade hot galvanized steel sheet with the advanced aerodynamics profile to achieve the highest efficiency and the lowest noise level. The centrifugal fan wheel is fixed on the center plate and on the end ring with riveting grip pres. The centrifugal blower wheel is constructed with maximum strength that endures the continuous operation with maximum power.
Base plates of centrifugal blower fan are made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, which can be assembled with the direction by the customer demand.
Centrifugal blower motor can be single-phase AC motors of 220V/50HZ, 110V/60HZ with 3 speeds, to make an AC centrifugal blower fan OR EC motors with three speeds to make an EC centrifugal blower fan, which are flexible to change speed and easy to install. Speed can be changed by using provided silicon controlled voltage regulator and frequency converter.
